The Science Behind Modern Penis Exercises and Why They Really Work

I’m a scientist and I want to clarify the science behind penis exercises and why these exercises really do work if you have the proper instructions.

Initially, the penis is made of approximately 50% muscle and when you exercise muscle it grows in size and might. I know some of you have read that the penis does not have muscle but this is not right. The reason some people claim it doesn’t have muscle is because the type of muscle in the penis is smooth muscle, not striated muscle like you find in your biceps. Smooth muscle is the type of muscle you find in your internal organs like your spleen and esophagus. Smooth muscle can be exercised just like striated muscle and it will grow larger and stronger. But, you do need to know the proper practice.

Second, one of the most incredible facts about the penis is that nearly half of it is really tucked away INSIDE your body. That’s right. It’s not on the outside. But, there is a way to safely get part of this “inner penis” to come out thus making your outer penis longer. This involves very carefully exercising the ligaments that hold your inner penis inside. You need to know that if you do this incorrect, you can hurt your penis so don’t try it without very detailed instructions. In fact, it’s best to get an instruction guide that also includes record instruction as it is simpler to see what they mean if you can both read about it and visually see it being done.

Third, in diplomacy for the muscles around your penis chambers to grow longer and wider, you need to allow the outer covering of the penis, called the tunica, to expand. In fact, if you don’t expand your tunica, you can hurt your penis or make it deformed. There is a way to do this while you are doing your penis exercises so that the tunica grows right in step with the muscles.

Fourth, modern penis investigate has made several incredible breakthroughs so you do NOT want to depend on ancient penis exercises like jelqing. Jelqing works to a degree but it is no where near as effectual as modern penis exercises that have been tested on 1000′s of men. Also, many men have hurt their penis jelqing it but with modern penis exercises, this risk has been eliminated.
